July 30 – August 3, 2025 | Tromsø, Norway
5 Days of Science, Soul & Somatic Wisdom for Horse & Human

Join us in the breathtaking landscapes of Northern Norway for a summer retreat that blends science, movement and deep connection. The Equidemia Summer Camp brings Masterclass content to life through hands-on exploration, meaningful dialogue and embodied experience.

This is your invitation to slow down, go deeper and learn with your whole self – surrounded by nature, horses and a supportive community.

🔍 Camp Highlights

Day 1 – Arrival & Orientation
We open the space with grounding, intention and context. Explore dorsal mobility vs. stability, why traditional "string and bow" models are outdated and how the 5 Domains model helps us care for equine pain patients more holistically.

Day 2 – Passive Physio in Practice
Discover how doing less can create more meaningful change. Learn to read postural adaptations, explore fascia and sling systems and design horse-friendly environments that support biomechanical and emotional health.

Day 3 – Food & Forage
Get hands-on with equine nutrition from a behavioral and ecological lens. From wild foraging to drying herbs for winter – we’ll explore how natural diets influence long-term resilience and health.

Day 4 – The Pain Lab (with Frauke Musial)
Learn to understand pain through both somatic awareness and neuroscience. Includes practical observation of pain signals in horses and insights into chronic pain, neuroplasticity and sensory testing techniques.

Day 5 – Integration & Therapeutic Techniques
Bring it all together: from craniosacral basics to breath-led self-regulation and hands-on techniques for humans and horses. We'll close with shared reflections and a gentle goodbye (or optional beach dinner if you stay longer!).
